By proceeding with a booking with Moon Flower Events you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions:
Event space:
In order for Moon a Flower to be able to erect the tents 7 meters of grass of which is relatively flat must be available. Access needs to be made available for the tents and goods to be moved.
Use of the tents:
Hosts must take all reasonable measures to Moon Flower tents remain in the condition in which they were delivered. This includes keeping the tents closed, dry and secure while not in use until the point of collection. No naked flames for heating, cooking or any other purpose are permitted for use. Only electrical equipment supplied by Moon Flower Events are permitted for use inside the tents.
Any additional equipment required by the hirer must be discussed and approved prior to the event.
Damage to the tent, loss of any of the equipment, furnishings or excessive soiling will be charged for in full to the Booker of the tent.
Cancellation by the Hirer:
In the event of cancellation by the hirer 90 days prior to the event the full deposit will be return as long as no expense has already been made for said event.
Cancellation by the hirer between 89 days 28 days prior to the event 50% of the booking fee will be return, as long as no expense has already been incurred for the event. In the case that any expense has already been made 50% of the remaining funds will be returned.
Cancellations made 28 days prior to the event will result in loss of the full deposit.
Cancellation by Moon Flower Events:
Moon Flower reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time if the conditions such as weather, site exposure or ground holdings are deemed unsafe for the tents to be erected due to risk of damage to the tents or its occupants.
Moon Flower Events will always go out of their way to ensure that the event will go ahead but can not be held responsible for; Acts of God, war, strikes, flood, storm or gales. Restrictions on the use of transport, or any other cause of of Moon Flower Events control.
In this event either an alternative date suitable for both parties must be agreed or an 80% refund of any monies received to date will be made.
Liability:
Moon Flower Events do not accept any liability for any personal injury or loss or damage to personal belongings, unless it can be proved that said injury, loss or damage was a result of faulty materials, workmanship or negligence on behalf of Moon Flower Events.
Others:
Moon Flower Events are a mobile business setting up in a variety of different locations with this the tent may come into contact with different habitats of insects and creatures. Moon Flower Events provide ground sheets with all tents and advising that the door to the tent is closed when not in use. As with all outdoor events we can not ensure that no insects or animals are attracted to the tents.
It is advised that any food that is not in a sealed container should not be kept in the tent and all litter must be removed from the tent. We also ask that pets are not allowed in the tents.. (Sorry! We love our pets too)
